An effective correction report makes the problem easy to find and check. Identify the page or tool and describe the specific statement, result or control that appears wrong. If a rule has changed, include the relevant official source and its effective date where available.

What to include

  • Page address and the wording or feature concerned.
  • Steps needed to reproduce a tool problem.
  • The minimum non-sensitive input values needed to show it.
  • Your expected result and the source supporting it.

Do not send bank details, identity documents, passwords or a complete private moving plan. A screenshot should have unnecessary personal information removed before sharing.

The contact page shows the currently available enquiry route; this version has no public submission form. You can check the source register and calculator methodology while clarifying the issue. A discrepancy in a supplier bill or legal document should also be raised directly with the responsible organisation rather than relying on a website correction to resolve it.
