MoveWise UK's public moving tools work in your browser. You do not need a public account, and the application does not send your entered moving plan to the website's server. The site currently has no lead-request, newsletter or public contact form and includes no advertising or analytics tracking tags.
Your moving plan
The active plan uses browser session storage so your entries can remain available as you move between pages in the same session. Choosing Save on this device writes a local browser copy that can remain after the browser closes. Save again after further changes if you want that newer version kept.
You can export a plan or result as a file, print it and import a compatible plan yourself. Those copies may contain the information you entered. Keep them private, particularly on a shared computer. Photographs are not uploaded through the inventory or handover tools; keep original evidence separately.
Delete and control
Use Delete all my move data in My Move to remove the active and saved plan from that browser. This does not delete exported files, printed copies or a plan stored in another browser or device. Browser storage can also be cleared through browser settings.
Website and administration
Ordinary page requests necessarily reach the web server, and the hosting service may keep technical access logs under its own configuration. The separate admin area stores site content, administrator credentials in hashed form and login-security records on the server. It uses an authentication session cookie. External source links take you to services with their own privacy practices.
